November 6, 2012 (election night)

It was very electrifying at McCormick Place on election night in Chicago. America voted...and President Barack Obama was re-elected for a second term in office. Thousands of Chicagoans turned out to enjoy the festivities as giant projector screens kept everyone updated as the poll numbers came in. As the night went on into the late hours, and the numbers were favoring The President, the screens then showed President Obama's motorcade en route to McCormick Place, which sent the crowd into a frenzy! A mixture of boos were in the air as they played Mitt Romney's congratulatory phone call to The President and his much-delayed concession speech. But once word came that The President and the First Family along with Vice-President Joe Biden and his family arrived, McCormick Place went wild! And to make the night official, Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" blared throughout the room!
