The Sip and Shop

Day 2 started with a "Sip and Shop" at the Ashley Stewart store at The Gallery at Canterbury in Markham, Illinois. Announced earlier that day were the 12 women selected from the model call to model in the Ashley Stewart fashion show. The 12 selcted models will also be featured on the Ashley Stewart Facebook and Instagram pages, and receive a $75 gift card. Women came out to shop, as well as get themselves "pampered". Motives Cosmetics was there to give style tips to shoppers, and help with their hair and make-up. Stylists were on hand to assist with new hairstyles and "blinged-out" lip decorations. Catered food was brought in for everyone as they shopped and made new friends. DJ Poizon Ivy provided the sounds as women took to the dance floor to further unwind. Candace McCollum of 106.3 interviewed shoppers on the social media lounge pink carpet, as well as five of the 12 models selected for the fashion show the next day. Ashley Stewart "swag bags" were also given out to lucky prize winners as well as the five models.
